Data we collect: When you submit an RFQ or contact form, we collect information such as name, email, phone, company, message, and details of products of interest. We also store your RFQ items locally in your browser (localStorage) to enable cart functionality.

How we use data: We use your data to respond to inquiries, prepare and send quotations, provide customer service, and maintain and improve our services. If you opt in, we may send you marketing communications which you can opt out of at any time.

Legal bases: Depending on your location, we rely on consent (e.g., for marketing), performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (responding to RFQs), and our legitimate interests (site security and administration).

Data sharing: We share data with service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting and infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) and email delivery. We do not sell personal data.

Embedded content: The home page shows a brand film from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so passive viewing does not hand Google advertising cookies. A network request carrying your IP address is still made to them. If your system asks for reduced motion, the video is not loaded at all.

Retention: We retain RFQ and contact records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal/operational requirements — typically up to 24 months.

Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
