The IRV series by Generant is a compact, stainless steel industrial relief valve designed to provide overpressure protection in gas and liquid systems. It features a spring-referenced, factory-preset mechanism that is permanently locked and non-adjustable in the field. The combination of seat and poppet geometry with optimized spring ranges enables high flow capacity and minimal pressure accumulation. The IRV is available with multiple inlet and outlet configurations including NPT, face seal, and Bi-Lok tube adapters. Exhaust can be directed to atmosphere or piped inline. Supplied standard with FKM seals and optionally with PTFE for harsh service and pressures above 50 PSIG.
