The DRA700 series by Drastar is an economical pressure-reducing regulator designed for hook-up lines, bulk gas lines, and high-purity gas applications. It provides optimal performance for semiconductor manufacturing and other ultra-high purity systems. The internal surfaces are finished to Bright Annealed (BA) 15Ra microinch. All assembly, welding, testing, and cleaning processes are performed in class 1000 and class 100 clean rooms. The regulator features Drastar’s patented locking-plate system and a push-and-lock type handle to prevent accidental changes to the preset value caused by vibration.
