The DRA100 series by Drastar is a pressure reducing regulator designed for ultra-high purity semiconductor manufacturing, bulk gas lines, and other facility lines. Its internal surfaces are electropolished to 10Ra or 5Ra BA grade and all assembly, welding, testing, and cleaning are performed in class 100 and class 10 clean rooms.
The regulator features Drastar’s patented locking-plate seal system and push-and-lock handle to prevent accidental changes in the set pressure.
